At Revlon, we are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our London HR team. This role combines employee relations, recruitment support and a proactive people-partner approach to both Head Office and retail populations in a fast-paced environment.
You will coach managers, apply UK employment law, manage cases end-to-end, and contribute to change programs while ensuring a positive employee experience. This is a hybrid role with three days in the Mornington Crescent office and two days
At Revlon, we create beauty innovations for everyone that inspire confidence and ignite joy every day.
Breaking beauty boundaries is in our company's DNA. Since its game-changing launch of the first opaque nail enamel in 1932 (and later, the first long-wear foundation), Revlon has provided consumers with high-quality product innovation, performance, and sophisticated glamour. Elizabeth Arden made waves as a woman-led beauty company in the 1920s. In 1931, Almay became the original hypoallergenic, fragrance-free beauty brand.
Today, Revlon resiliently continues its legacy as a leading global beauty company. Our diverse portfolio-which consists of some of the world's most iconic brands and product offerings in color cosmetics, skincare, hair color & care, personal care, and fragrances-is sold around the world through prestige, professional, mass, and direct-to-consumer retail channels. These brands include Revlon, Revlon Professional, Elizabeth Arden, Almay, American Crew, CND, Cutex, Mitchum, Sinful Colors, Creme of Nature, Christina Aguilera, John Varvatos, Juicy Couture, Ed Hardy and more.
We honor our heritage, embrace change, and applaud diversity. We champion our employees and celebrate our consumers.
We are Revlon, together, transforming beauty.
This role is a Hybrid Role: Employees are expected to work from our Head Office in Mornington Crescent NW1, 3 days per week Mon, Wed, Thurs and may work remotely the remaining days.
Are you an experienced HR Generalist looking to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a confident, proactive and people-focused People Partner to join our HR team.
This is a broad HR generalist role with a strong employee relations focus, providing hands-on HR support and guidance across both our Head Office and Retail populations. You'll manage your own client group and act as a trusted partner to managers, helping them navigate a wide range of people matters while ensuring a consistent, fair and commercially pragmatic approach.
Working across different employee populations will be a key part of the role. You'll need to be comfortable adapting your communication style and HR approach to engage effectively with employees and managers at all levels, from our retail teams and line managers through to senior stakeholders within Head Office.
You'll bring strong experience of managing employee relations cases from start to finish, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and other complex employee matters. You'll be comfortable coaching managers, applying UK employment law and company policies in practice, and balancing a positive employee experience with the needs of the business.
Alongside employee relations, you'll support the wider employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, organisational change and key people initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
