Job summary

The People Advisor at Soho House & Co. reports to the People Manager and will be trusted to handle multiple HR tasks autonomously in a fast-paced environment. This generalist role covers employee relations, recruitment support, and project work to enhance engagement across sites.

You will coach managers on performance, support with ER case work, and help maintain a proactive, empathetic HR service, aligning with the business needs and company culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral English communication.
• ER case work experience is desirable.
• Ability to switch between a variety of HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review right to work documentation and escalate issues.
• Conduct monthly audits for expiring visas and work status checks.
• Support probation processes, disciplinaries, investigations and ER cases.
• Coach managers on performance management and recruitment processes.
• Maintain employee events calendars and support engagement initiatives.
