Job summary

Soho House & Co is seeking a People Partner to work with the People Manager in a fast-moving environment. The role focuses on providing proactive HR support in generalist HR, ER case work and recruitment, coaching managers, and driving employee engagement across multiple departments.

You will handle employee relations, performance management, and support the full recruitment cycle while maintaining high service standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Intermediate level proficiency of Microsoft Office.
• CIPD qualified – Level 3 / 5 or working towards qualification (desirable, not essential).
• Excellent written and oral skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, empathetic HR service in generalist HR, ER case work and project work.
• Coach and guide line managers in relation to performance management.
• Support with the full cycle of recruitment.
• Conduct monthly audits and ensure compliance with right to work documents.
• Manage employee events and recognition initiatives across sites.
