The role requires handling people projects, dispute resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

You’ll be the primary contact for people-related matters, ensuring timely, confidential case management and contributing to improvements, change, and multi-site coordination.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR professional with change management experience.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and able to work with labour metrics data.
• Up-to-date with employment law and HR practices.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across all levels.

Responsibilities
