Job summary

FIND Recruitment Group is looking for a People Partner to provide dedicated HR support with a strong emphasis on employee relations for around 220 employees across Derby, Nottingham and the East Midlands. The role is predominantly employee relations-focused, with involvement in wider HR projects and organisational change.

The position offers hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 days at home) and a clear path to influence the people agenda within a growing training and apprenticeship provider.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on employee relations experience.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience in a busy HR environment with competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently within a wider HR team.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance issues.
• Provide practical HR advice and employment law guidance to managers.
• Coach and develop managers to handle people matters confidently.
• Build relationships with operational and central support teams.
• Support organisational change projects, including restructures, redundancies and TUPE.
