National Fostering Group is looking for a People Partner to work with managers to promote employee wellbeing and engagement, across multi-site teams, and to lead people projects and dispute resolution with a focus on a positive workplace culture.

You will drive organisational change, manage HRIS data and labour metrics, and handle sensitive employee relations cases while staying up to date with employment law. Travel across the Midlands will be required.

Competenze

• Experience leading organisational change initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
• Ability to manage complex employee relations cases with confidentiality.
• Proven experience with HRIS data, reporting and labour metrics (turnover/absence).
• CIPD Level 7 or equivalent degree in HRM is essential.
