Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid HR Business partner experience gained from a dynamic and fast paced organisation.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior management across organisation.
• Experience with change management.
• Ability to have difficult and challenging conversations.
• Confident communicator at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership teams to deliver goals and objectives aligned to the business strategy.
• Provide proactive coaching and support to partnered service area/s on operational people challenges and change management.
• Coach and influence leaders constructively to drive high performance and build capability.
• Lead on talent and succession planning in your business areas and ensure 9-box methodology is used.
• Provide guidance on complex HR casework across business areas.
