Job summary

ElevenLabs is a remote‑first AI research and product company with a global footprint. We’re scaling across 50+ countries and rely on People Partners to coach leaders, support performance, and maintain culture in fast‑moving teams.

You’ll work with Engineering and Product leaders across international teams, handling feedback, growth and change while collaborating with Employee Relations and People Ops for complex cases.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting leaders and teams through performance, coaching, growth and team change.
• Strong coaching skills with confidence to guide managers through difficult conversations.
• Strong judgment and discretion handling sensitive issues with fairness.
• Thrives in high‑velocity, ambiguous environments and can make decisions with incomplete information.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to support team health and talent density.
• Coach leads and managers through feedback, performance, growth, and change conversations.
• Run proactive 1:1 sessions with leads and, when needed, individual contributors.
• Contribute to organizational design work, advising on team structures and capability gaps.
• Support leaders and teams through change, such as moves and new ways of working.
• Support People programs (performance reviews, engagement, recognition, lead enablement) for Engineering and Product.
