Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Global Technical Talent Lead to own hiring across Engineering, Product, Design, Research, and Growth worldwide. You will partner with senior leaders to translate roadmaps into hiring plans, manage capacity, and build a cohesive global recruiting organization.

You’ll define excellence, ensure consistent decisions, and drive faster, smarter hiring with AI-enabled processes. The role is remote and globally based, with preference for US East or GMT timezones.

Qualifications

Experience leading Talent through hypergrowth with hundreds to thousands of hires annually across regions.
Ability to earn trust with senior leaders and advise on talent availability, location, and scope.
Forecasting and recruitment capacity planning based on business priorities.
Strong leadership to raise team performance and unblock difficult searches.

Responsibilities

Turn engineering priorities into a deliverable global hiring plan with capacity allocation.
Build and lead a cohesive global recruiting organization with shared practices.
Define hiring bar by role and level with rigorous assessment and clear profiles.
Make hiring performance visible with regular reviews and data-driven decisions.
