Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring a remote-first Employee Relations Partner to scale a new ER function across global teams. You will own sensitive cases, lead formal performance processes, and coordinate with Legal and external counsel to manage risk and ensure fair outcomes.

You will shape policy, build scalable playbooks, and train leads to handle complex issues with discretion. This is a high-impact role as we grow from 1,000 to 4,000+ employees across 50+ countries.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience leading employee relations cases including performance, investigations, grievances and disciplinaries.
• Strong judgment and discretion handling sensitive issues.
• Solid knowledge of employment law and working with counsel.

Responsibilities

• Lead formal performance processes end-to-end with Leads and People Partners.
• Run investigations into misconduct, grievances, and complaints from fact-finding to outcome.
• Manage disciplinary, dismissal, and exit matters with Legal communications.
• Partner with in-house and outside employment counsel to assess risk.
• Triage cases with People Partners using clear escalation criteria.
• Keep case logs and report on patterns and trends by team/region/case type.
• Build playbooks, templates, and training to raise lead capability and reduce cases.
• Create self-serve ER flows to scale common cases.
• Collaborate with People Ops & Compliance on terminations and local requirements.
