Job summary

ElevenLabs is remote-first with NYC or London preferred, seeking a senior leader to build and scale its Private Equity and Growth Investor Partnerships. You will own relationships with PE firms, embed ElevenLabs into their value-creation programs, and drive AI adoption across portfolio companies.

You will partner with Operating Partners, Value Creation teams, portfolio executives, and our GTM leads to define strategy and execute across multiple investor relationships, building a scalable partner

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in Enterprise AI, Cloud, or enterprise software.
• Experience with Private Equity and Growth Investors.
• Track record of building strategic partnerships that generate pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage executive relationships with Operating Partners, Value Creation leaders, and investment professionals across leading PE & Growth investor firms.
• Structure and negotiate partnership agreements, joint GTM plans, referral models, and enterprise value programs.
• Become the trusted AI partner for PE firms to accelerate value creation across portfolios.
