Job summary

Suntory Beverage & Food is seeking a People Partner to deliver efficient, high‑quality on-site HR services across our manufacturing sites. You will partner with leaders to support employee experience, policy guidance, and HR program rollout.

You will coach managers, handle performance management issues, and lead ER/IR cases as needed, while working with the Global/Regional People Excellence team to ensure data integrity and engagement.

Qualifications

• Broad HR knowledge across function and compliance.
• ER/IR handling for manufacturing sites.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and partnering skills.
• Advanced Excel and HRIS usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on HR programs and policies.
• Serve as point of contact for people managers at manufacturing sites.
• Coach customers on complex questions and support needs.
• Lead ER/IR cases and investigations as required.
• Advise on performance management issues and investigations.
• Provide career guidance and coaching to individuals and managers.
