Job summary

Suntory Beverage & Food GB&I is seeking a People Partner to deliver efficient, high-quality on-site HR services, partnering with managers and employees across manufacturing sites. You will provide expert HR guidance, coach leaders, and handle ER/IR matters while supporting People initiatives and employee experience.

The role emphasizes strong HR knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to operate autonomously within a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

Solid understanding of broad HR functional areas, compliance regs, and business processes.
ER/IR experience with strong partnering skills and knowledge of local laws.
Strong technical acumen including Excel and PowerPoint; HRIS experience a plus.
Excellent written and spoken communication in English.
Strong organizational and time-management skills; autonomous work style.
Proactive, self-motivated with initiative.

Responsibilities

Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on HR programs and policies.
Serve as point of contact for people managers at manufacturing sites.
Coach customers and provide guidance for complex HR questions.
Lead ER/IR cases and investigations as required.
Advise on performance management issues and career guidance.
Assist HR Leaders with planning and rollout of HR programs and initiatives.
Support interview processes and general People services activities.
Liaise between Global/Regional People Excellence and customers.
Monitor Employee Engagement, turnover, and satisfaction metrics.
Ensure data integrity across HR systems.
Contribute to conflict resolution and legal issue outcomes.
