Coastland College is seeking an experienced People Partner to advise leaders across the College on people matters, workforce planning and organisational development. You will coach managers, manage complex employee relations cases and help shape a proactive employee experience.

You will influence culture and drive initiatives to deliver the Coastland College People Strategy and its Future Ready 2030 ambitions, while upholding our values of Connected, Welcoming, Dynamic, Empowering and Courageous.

Competenze

• Significant experience in a People Partner/HRBP or Senior HR Advisor role.
• Strong employee relations and case management experience.
• Ability to coach, influence and challenge managers and drive organisational change.

Mansioni

• Build trusted relationships with managers and leaders across the College as a people advisor.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning and organisational development activities.
• Lead and manage complex employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence management processes.
• Coach and develop managers to build confidence and capability in people management.
• Support organisational change, restructures and service improvement initiatives.
• Use workforce data and insights to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Promote wellbeing, engagement and inclusion; contribute to the People Strategy and Future Ready 2030 ambitions.
