Job summary

Coastland College is seeking an experienced People Partner to act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organisation, shaping workforce strategy and building leadership capability. Qualifications

• Significant experience in a People Partner/HRBP/Senior HR Advisor role.
• Strong employee relations and case management experience.
• Ability to coach, influence and challenge managers.
• Experience supporting organisational change and workforce planning.
• Able to use workforce data to support decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with managers and leaders as a trusted advisor on people matters.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning and organisational development activities.
• Lead complex employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance and absence management.
• Coach and develop managers to enhance people management capability.
• Support organisational change and service improvement initiatives.
• Use data to inform decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Promote wellbeing, engagement and inclusion across the College.
