Job summary

Allen Associates seeks a seasoned People Partner to support SME clients with tailored HR solutions. You will act as an internal client lead on HR issues, advising on employment law, restructures, change management, and employee relations.

Based in Abingdon with a flexible hybrid pattern (1-2 days in the office weekly), you will engage Founders, CEOs, and COOs across Oxfordshire, London, and Cambridge, delivering pragmatic HR services while maintaining a warm, supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Solid generalist HR experience, ideally in consultancy or support.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to advise at senior levels.
• Independent, proactive work with high attention to detail.
• Experience in HR project implementation and policy development.

Location
