This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in a generalist HR or ER role, eager to contribute to our industry and team. The successful candidate will drive business performance by collaborating with Operations Managers, providing sound commercial advice, and delivering people-centric solutions.
You will need to build strong stakeholder relationships and work with them to implement their people plans, aiming to attract, retain, and develop top talent. Your role includes supporting engagement and retention initiatives, fostering a performance culture, and promoting a growth mindset.
This strategic, agile role reports to the Senior People Partner and requires managing your own schedule to meet business needs. Travel throughout our estate and proximity to our Pub Support Centre in Wolverhampton are essential.
