We are currently looking for a *People Partner* at *Kids Planet in the Midlands/South Area.*

Hybrid working ability to travel and visit Head Office in Lymm - once a month

What a People Partner Needs

• Proven experience in a People Partner or HR role
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in TUPE consultations - preferable
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Passionate about supporting a diverse and inclusive workforce

• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development

• Management of high-risk cases
• Analyse HR metrics to drive continuous improvement and support people data-driven decisions
• Serve as a trusted resource for our teams, offering solutions and support to enhance employee well-being

A Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate is mandatory for all positions, and this role will be subject to enhanced checks as part of our safeguarding duties.
