People Business Partner
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (38.75 hours per week)
Location: Regional, covering East and the South West of the UK.
(Hybrid, at least 3 days travelling to branches across various locations)
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + £4,500 Annual Car Allowance

The Role: We are seeking an experienced People Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support across our funeral branches in the East and South West regions of the UK. Reporting to the Head of People Partnering, you will work closely with operational leaders to drive people strategies, foster a positive workplace culture, and support the achievement of business objectives.
