The People Partner is a commercially driven advisor, partnering with Operations Managers and key stakeholders to deliver people and operational initiatives aligned with itsu’s strategy. A key focus is providing fair, consistent ER guidance while ensuring accountability within teams.

• Partner with Operations Managers to deliver people initiatives that align with our strategy.
• Advise and support General Managers on employee relations, resolving issues with fairness and consistency.
• Leverage data and insights to identify trends and drive meaningful change.
• Collaborate with our Learning & Development team to enhance management training and development.
• Facilitate management succession planning, supporting recruitment needs, and development processes to strengthen succession bench.

• 4+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or QSR.

• A data-driven approach to reporting and analysis, with a curiosity for turning insights into actions.
