Job summary

Amazon is hiring an HR Partner to join the People Experience and Technology Solutions (PXT) team in Dunfermline, Scotland. You will support FC Associates and Team Leads, guiding HR topics and resolving complex employee cases while upholding local employment laws.

You’ll partner with High Volume Hiring, Payroll, and HR Shared Services to execute recruitment, engagement, and workforce initiatives, delivering a positive, compliant associates experience daily.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR or related field or recent graduate.
• Fluent English (C1 level or above).
• HR degree and/or work experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Team Leads and Area Managers on HR topics, acting as a trusted advisor on people matters.
• Act as a point of contact for FC Associates, supporting HR needs and ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Manage employee cases and support investigations in line with local employment law.
• Collaborate with High Volume Hiring, HR Shared Services, and Payroll to execute hiring, recruiting, and engagement initiatives.
• Partner with the site HR team to develop, implement, and maintain effective communication plans.
• Lead or support HR projects as assigned, driving them through to completion.
• Collect and analyse data to draw insights on attrition, attendance, workforce management, recruitment, and engagement initiatives.
• Conduct compliance audits and apply knowledge of local employment law with supervision from management.
