Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an HR Partner for the Fulfillment Center. You will coach Team Leads and Area Managers on HR topics, support employee relations, and manage cases with a focus on compliance and positive employee experience.

You will collaborate with Payroll, HR Shared Services and High Volume Hiring, analysing workforce data to drive improvements while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the site.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree before start date or graduated within the last 24 months.
• HR degree or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Team Leads and Area Managers on HR topics.
• Act as a point of contact for FC Associates for HR needs.
• Manage employee cases and assist investigations per local law.
• Support workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services, Payroll and High Volume Hiring on programs.
