Job summary

Amazon’s People Experience and Technology Solutions (PXT) team seeks an HR Partner to support FC leadership with HR topics, employee relations, and data-driven insights. You’ll partner with HR and operations to drive engagement and implement HR programs.

Responsibilities include coaching leaders, handling employee cases, and collaborating with Payroll and High Volume Hiring to deliver initiatives while ensuring compliance with local employment law.

Qualifications

• University degree required or recently graduated within 24 months.
• Fluent English (C1+) in speaking, writing and reading.
• HR-related degree and/or work experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Team Leads and Area Managers on HR topics.
• Support HR needs of FC Associates and ensure a positive experience.
• Manage employee cases and assist investigations with local law guidance.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services, Payroll and High Volume Hiring on initiatives.
• Develop and maintain communication plans with site HR teams and stakeholders.
