Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a recent graduate for an HR Partner role at our Fulfillment Center. You will be the frontline HR representative for Team Leads and Area Managers, addressing associates' queries and assisting with low-risk cases and investigations.

You will partner with operations to execute programs and drive employee engagement. As part of the PXT HR team, you will influence workplace improvements, collaborate across HR and operations, and contribute to a positive associate

Qualifications

• Completed university degree before start date or graduated within the last 24 months.
• HR degree or related work experience.
• Excellent English and local language at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Team Leads and Area Managers on HR topics.
• Manage employee case handling in line with local legislation.
• Support investigations under local legislation.
• Develop and maintain communication plans with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive hiring, engagement and programs.
• Lead or support HR projects as assigned.
• Analyze data to draw insights on attrition, attendance and workforce management.
• Conduct audits for compliance with supervision of management.
