Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed university degree in HR or related field.
• Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication.
• Experience handling employee relations and HR casework.
• Knowledge of local employment law and payroll practices.

Responsibilities

• Coach Team Leads and Area Managers on HR topics and employee engagement.
• Manage employee cases and support investigations in line with local law.
• Partner with HR Shared Services and Payroll to deliver hiring and engagement initiatives.
• Analyze attrition and attendance data to identify trends and act.
• Support compliance audits and drive high standards across HR processes.
