Teya, a UK-based fintech serving local businesses, is seeking an Operations Excellence Coordinator. You’ll create clear guides, maintain process maps and reports, and support small projects to improve how we work.

You’ll learn quickly, stay organised, and collaborate with a friendly People Operations team. This is an ideal entry-level role with room to grow in a fast-moving company in Central London.

Qualifications

• Very organised, with a strong eye for detail.
• A clear, simple writer who can explain a process so anyone can follow it.
• Comfortable with everyday tools like Word, Excel, and Google Workspace, and happy to learn new systems.
• Curious and a quick learner who enjoys understanding how things work.
• A team player who’s comfortable asking questions and working with different people.
• Attitude and willingness to learn matter most, experience in operations/admin/People is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, step-by-step guides for how we do things.
• Keep our process maps and documents up to date and easy to find.
• Help update reports and dashboards.
• Help track key numbers and understand what they’re telling us.
• Support small projects that improve how we work.
• Keep our help guides and self-service pages simple and useful.
• Review how work gets done and suggest better ways.
• Test and roll out new ways of working.
• Notice things that aren’t working well and flag gaps.
• Help the team stick to our agreed ways of working.
