Job summary

Teneo is seeking a UK People Operations Coordinator to join our Global People Operations team. The role owns end-to-end employee lifecycle for Strategy & Communications, People Advisory and Corporate Functions, and coordinates onboarding and offboarding for Financial Advisory and Management Consulting.

As first point of contact, you’ll handle a broad range of queries with strong judgement and service mindset, and collaborate across Payroll, HRIS, Recruitment and IT to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience as an HR Generalist.
• Knowledge of local employment legislation.
• Experience with HRIS systems like Workday preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, psychology or CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification is highly regarded.
• Strong administration and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exemplifies integrity and discretion.
• Continuous improvement mindset - proactive, adaptable, and agile collaborator.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the employee lifecycle for Strategy & Communications, People Advisory and Corporate Functions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for Financial Advisory and Management Consulting.
• Act as first point of contact for employees and managers, resolving queries and promoting self-service tools.
• Manage changes such as promotions, salary adjustments, flexible working, and international transfers with Workday records.
• Prepare contractor agreements and coordinate onboarding/offboarding in Workday.
• Provide support during cyclical processes like Goal Setting, Performance, and Compensation reviews.
• Monitor case queues, lifecycle trackers and deadlines, informing stakeholders of risks and updates.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Reward, HRIS, Recruitment, IT to ensure timely delivery of lifecycle processes.
