Job summary

Teya is building a financial platform for local businesses across Europe. The Internal Operations Junior Associate links frontline teams (Support, Sales, ISA) with Product/Engineering to identify and resolve internal process pain points.

The role focuses on understanding operations, improving workflows, and designing scalable systems while collaborating across teams. You will work with data, logs and tickets to drive insights and contribute to better merchant experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in operations (Customer/ Sales Support or Logistics).
• Strong ownership and ability to drive issues from identification to resolution.
• Clear, structured communication to multiple teams.
• Comfort with ticketing systems and structured workflows.
• Analytical ability to identify patterns in tickets or feedback.
• Process-oriented mindset to document and improve workflows.
• Tech-savviness to read logs across platforms.
• Collaborative and proactive problem-solving across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the link between frontline teams and Product/Engineering.
• Identify, categorise and resolve recurring pain points in internal platforms.
• Design scalable processes and automations to reduce manual work over time.
• Communicate insights and root causes to multiple stakeholders across the business.
