Dahua Technology UK Limited, based in Maidenhead, seeks an HR Specialist to run HR operations across the full lifecycle. You’ll provide practical guidance to managers and employees, handle employee relations and absence cases, and ensure processes from offer to exit are compliant and timely.

You will interpret policies, coach managers, manage payroll and benefits, and ensure UK GDPR and immigration compliance. This is a hands-on, operational role requiring accuracy and discretion.

Qualifikationen

• CIPD Level 5 or a degree in HR, business or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3-5 years’ experience in an HR Generalist or HR Advisor role in the UK, in an organisation of comparable size and complexity, including hands-on employee relations casework.
• Experience with payroll, benefits administration and Right to Work checks; UKVI sponsor licence experience strongly preferred.

• Primary HR point of contact: own operational HR matters and guidance to employees and managers.
• Policy guidance: interpret HR policies and track regulatory developments.
• Manager coaching: build line manager confidence with practical guidance.
• Employee relations: manage cases with care, in line with ACAS Code.
• Absence and wellbeing: handle sickness absence and leave requests within deadlines.
• Employee lifecycle: support recruitment, onboarding, changes and leavers with templates.
• Payroll and benefits: own monthly payroll administration and benefits portfolio.
