Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join the Employee Relations team. You will support key HR processes, manage escalated queries, and help maintain accurate HR records across systems. Hybrid working with 3 days in the Birmingham or Epsom office supports a flexible approach to service delivery.

You will handle case triage, document requests, and process monitoring while working closely with employees, managers and HR colleagues to ensure a positive employee experience.

• Proactive communication and documentation across HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage escalated queries and resolve requests within service levels.
• Support HR processes, terms and conditions enquiries and routine queries.
• Assist with employee document requests and case management.
• Triage HR cases from the management system and escalate high-risk items.
• Support Reservist mobilisation and training absence cases per policy.
• Oversee Conflict of Interest processes and maintain records.
• Assist with sickness absence fact-finding and policy-compliant progression.
• Take notes in complex meetings and help maintain HR records.
• Collaborate with People Operations and HR teams for consistent service delivery.
• Prioritise workload to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
