Job summary

Ridge and Partners LLP is seeking a diligent People Coordinator to support the People Advisory team across the employee lifecycle, helping deliver an excellent experience for our people. You’ll handle end-to-end admin of lifecycle changes, drive process improvements, and support queries from managers and staff.

You’ll work with your People Partner and colleagues, using our HRIS and MS Office tools to input data, generate reports, and support the delivery of our People Strategy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience delivering operational HR support in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service approach with high-quality service delivery.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and data reporting.
• Excellent MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first line of support for our people, advising on policies and employment matters.
• Support end-to-end administration of employee lifecycle changes.
• Assist with the design and improvement of administrative processes and systems.
• Coordinate communications and reminders related to absence, leavers, probation, and long service.
