Zusammenfassung

Bank of London seeks a meticulous People Operations Associate to own workflows, governance and MI across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Head of People, you will enhance processes, control data quality and automate where possible to deliver accurate, audit-ready evidence.

Collaborate with HR teams, risk and Compliance, and suppliers to maintain RACIs, process maps and KPIs. The role combines operational discipline with a service mindset to provide a responsive experience for colleagues

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in People Operations or HR operations with end-to-end lifecycle ownership.
• Strong process and control mindset, with audit-ready records.
• Experience producing people MI and using Excel for data analysis.
• Knowledge of HR systems and data quality improvement.
• Excellent organization, communication, and confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding workflows from requisition to induction with clear hand-offs.
• Maintain process maps, RACIs, service standards and escalation routes.
• Improve automation, data quality and reporting across HRIS and related tools.
• Produce timely People MI including headcount, vacancies, and lifecycle data.
• Support governance MI for ExCo, RemCo and NomCo with reconciliations and evidence.
• Maintain audit trails and control evidence for joiners, movers and leavers, training and certification activity.
• Coordinate data-quality standards and reconciliation with HR Administrator.
