Cellular Origins is seeking a hands-on People Operations professional to own payroll, HR systems, and employee lifecycle processes. You will improve data quality, automate where possible and ensure compliance across GDPR, sponsor licensing and reporting.

You will work across payroll, benefits, and system administration, collaborating with providers and managers to deliver a smooth employee experience. This role offers growth as the business scales.

Competenze

• Experience in People operations and payroll services.
• Comfortable handling sensitive information and multiple systems.
• Familiarity with GDPR, sponsor licence administration and benefits.

Mansioni

• Own employee lifecycle administration: contracts, starters, changes and leavers.
• Take monthly payroll ownership with Moorepay and related changes.
• Guard data integrity in the HR system and GDPR compliance.
• Coordinate benefits enrolment with providers to ensure effective processes.
• Support annual pay review data prep and issue employee letters.
• Manage right to work checks and sponsor licence administration.
• Support mandatory compliance training and LMS administration.
• Turn people data into actionable insights for decision making.
• Explore automation to reduce manual work across People processes.
• Provide cover for the Talent Acquisition Partner when needed.
