Job summary

Page Personnel in Leeds is seeking a People Operations Partner to provide comprehensive HR support across onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. You will help implement HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and coordinate recruitment activities.

The role requires strong HR knowledge within the media/agency sector, excellent organisation, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a human resources or people operations role within the media and agency industry.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
