Job summary

REISS is seeking a meticulous People Coordinator to support our People processes across the employee lifecycle, delivering accurate records, payroll support and first-line queries. You’ll be the operational backbone ensuring GDPR compliance and high-quality administration in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll work closely with the People Team to maintain files, tracker accuracy and timely onboarding, leaving colleagues with a positive employee experience and strong data integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills with accuracy across records and documentation.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll data, plus GDPR compliance awareness.
• Proactive, professional communicator supporting employees and managers.

Responsibilities

• Process lifecycle administration including starters, leavers and onboarding.
• Maintain employee files, SuccessFactors records and key trackers.
• Manage right to work documents, compliance records and inbox queries.
• Generate probation confirmations, references and meeting invitations.
• Support payroll and benefits administration with accurate data submission.
• Produce reports on headcount, absence, turnover and holiday data.
• Assist induction, exit interviews and engagement initiatives.
