The People Operations Manager is responsible for building our recruitment pipeline end to end, with a primary focus on talent attraction and acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing training. Above all, this role is about creating and fostering a working environment people genuinely want to be part of – one that attracts, develops and keeps top talent.
The successful candidate will build a repeatable recruitment engine, design and deliver our onboarding and ongoing training programmes, and partner with leaders on workforce planning.
