Job summary

Campfire is looking for an Account Manager to nurture and grow client relationships from our Salford/Manchester base. You will coordinate campaigns, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet client objectives with professionalism and clarity.

You will work across internal teams, balance multiple campaigns, and identify opportunities to improve performance. A proactive communicator with strong organisation will thrive in our hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive, professional communication.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and ongoing project communications with confidence and expertise.
  • Understand client objectives and provide strategic support to help achieve campaign goals.
  • Oversee the execution of client projects and campaigns from briefing through to delivery.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and internal stakeholder coordination to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality output and client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, campaign performance, and client experience.
  • Lead the creation, review, and delivery of client reports and campaign updates.
  • Ensure data accuracy and provide meaningful insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Monitor campaign performance and communicate results clearly to both clients and internal teams.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and problem-solving skills across all areas of work.

Position Overview

The Account Manager at Campfire plays a central role within the Client Services team, leading day-to-day client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns and projects. This position is responsible for driving clear communication, managing timelines and deliverables, and fostering strong, long-term client partnerships.

Working closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders, the Account Manager oversees campaign execution, coordinates project workflows, and ensures all client needs are met with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. You will be expected to take ownership of accounts, proactively identify opportunities, and contribute strategically to client growth and satisfaction.

Success in this role requires strong organisational skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are a confident communicator, a proactive problem-solver, and a collaborative team player who can balance multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
