Job summary

• Degree or 5+ years’ experience in a similar organisation and role with a variable workforce.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent is beneficial.
• Experience using an HR information system and compiling data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team planning and distribution for event and non-event schedules.
• Assign responsibilities to the people team and maximise engagement.
• Set and monitor booking ratios and KPIs for scheduling solutions.
• Ensure training on Time and Attendance System and payroll processes.
• Collaborate with operations and Talent Acquisition to develop training and retention strategies.
