Job summary

Delaware North UK is seeking a Head of People Operations to lead the people team at London Stadium in Stratford, East London. You will shape people-focused policies, drive engagement, and implement solutions for positive change while inspiring and empowering team members.

The role requires 5+ years in HR leadership, CIPD is beneficial, and you will manage payroll, scheduling, and agency relationships in a dynamic events environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR teams and shaping people strategies.
• Ability to design and implement people policies that align with business goals.
• Proven track record coordinating payroll, scheduling, and agency relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and scheduling for event and non-event shifts at London Stadium.
• Lead the People Operations team to engage and empower staff.
• Monitor KPIs for direct bookings, agency usage, and scheduling efficiency.
• Ensure training on Time and Attendance systems and accurate rostering templates.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Operations to support payroll and workforce planning.
