Flock in London is hiring a hands-on People Operations professional to own the employee lifecycle, payroll input, benefits, the HRIS, the office and our events. You’ll design a modern, AI-native People function and partner with the CEO and senior team to embed a strong culture.

You’ll lead end-to-end HR processes, automate routines, manage payroll and benefits, and run office operations and company rituals. CIPD or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on People or HR Operations experience with end-to-end ownership.
• CIPD or equivalent qualification required.
• Payroll input and benefits administration experience; HiBob is a plus.
• Strong HRIS skills with data and spreadsheet ability.
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows.

Responsabilités

• Own the full employee lifecycle including contracts and onboarding; shape the first day and week.
• Be the first point of contact for people queries and audits; manage the People inbox and templates.
• Own the HRIS (HiBob) and monthly People reporting; ensure data integrity.
• Own payroll input end-to-end and coordinate with Finance on reporting.
• Own benefits administration, policies, and materials; manage external providers.
• Automate lifecycle processes with AI-native workflows and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with IT on joiner/leaver automation and data audits.
• Run office management and vendor relationships; manage events and health/safety duties.
• Oversee the company social calendar and rituals, including Town Halls and larger events.
