Job summary

Octopus Money is seeking a People Operations Lead to partner with the CEO and drive end-to-end People initiatives across the business. You’ll balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery, shaping culture, engagement and people processes in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with employee relations and UK employment law.
• Ability to move between high-level strategy and practical delivery across the People lifecycle.
• Proven track record of coaching managers and improving engagement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO to deliver People initiatives and strategy.
• Drive end-to-end People lifecycle activities with a hands-on approach.
• Develop manager training and improve employee engagement.
• Own the biannual performance development cycle and process improvements.
• Champion culture and employee value proposition.
• Lead People operations day-to-day and optimise HR systems.
