Job summary

TrinityBridge Limited is seeking an Associate People Business Partner to assist the People Business Partner with generalist HR support across client groups. You will provide specialist policy and legislative HR guidance to managers and employees as required, working closely with the People Business Partner to implement People activities and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-moving HR environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR practice and employment law.
• Demonstrable ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to challenge and influence.
• Resilience and proven adaptability to change.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support the People Business Partner across relevant client groups.
• Provide policy and legislative HR advice to managers and employees as required.
• Escalate sensitive issues to the People Business Partner as appropriate.
• Assist with ER matters including investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Contribute to compensation reviews and recruitment governance.
• Support onboarding, leavers, and payroll-related queries as needed.
• Support HR change projects and provide HR metrics analysis.
