Job summary

Ardingly College in West Sussex is seeking a genuine generalist HR professional to partner with managers, delivering practical guidance and supporting a broad range of people processes across the organisation.

You will handle employee relations, recruitment, wellbeing and development initiatives, and contribute to organisational change while ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

This is a genuinely broad generalist HR role, offering exposure to employee relations, recruitment, organisational change, learning and development, wellbeing and HR projects. You will work closely with managers across the organisation, supporting them to navigate complex people matters while helping deliver strategic HR initiatives. What you'll be doing
