What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coach and support managers with confidence and clarity
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and conduct matters
  • Help shape, refine, and implement HR policies
  • Ensure fair, consistent, and well-documented employee relations support
Employee Experience & Culture
  • Drive engagement initiatives and support action planning
  • Champion wellbeing, recognition, and inclusion programmes
  • Analyse feedback trends and contribute to cultural evolution
  • Support clear, engaging communication around people initiatives and change
  • Support the rollout of performance frameworks
  • Partner with managers on development planning
  • Help identify training needs and support learning & development activity
HR Operations, Payroll & Benefits
  • Keep day-to-day HR processes running smoothly and compliantly
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy
  • Support payroll and benefits administration, renewals, and enrolments
  • Keep managers informed of relevant employment law updates
Projects & Continuous Improvement
  • Contribute to HR system improvements and policy refreshes
  • Spot opportunities to streamline and improve ways of working
What You’ll Bring
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
  • Strong foundations in employee relations, performance, operations, and compliance
  • Experience supporting UK-based teams (European exposure is a bonus)
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to coach and influence
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
