The role collaborates with senior leadership and Product Owners to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions and to drive key people initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Operations, HRIS, Workday, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of global People processes and data governance.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and engage with stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Interest in automation, AI, and the future of People Technology.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Global People Governance: Drive alignment across global People processes, collaborating with senior leadership and Business Process Owners. Act as escalation point for complex Workday and People Data issues.
• Workday, Automation & Transformation: Partner with Workday Product Owner to translate People needs into technical requirements and influence the Workday roadmap.
• People Data & Analytics: Ensure integrity and governance of People data; develop dashboards and reporting solutions to support decision-making.
• Cross-functional Delivery: Lead major People cycles such as performance and compensation reviews, ensuring coordination across multiple functions.
