Job summary

Immediate Media Co. is seeking a proactive People Coordinator to support the HR team across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to leavers, payroll, benefits, and HRIS maintenance (HiBob).

You’ll be the first contact for ER matters, advise managers, and drive process improvements with automation in mind. Based in Greater London, you’ll coordinate cross-team activities with our London and Bristol offices, ensure payroll accuracy, and act as the HiBob Super User.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration or assistant role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and GDPR compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, leavers, payroll, benefits, and HRIS upkeep.
• Serve as first point of contact for ER matters and provide initial guidance.
• Coordinate day-to-day HR administration and maintain trackers and documentation.
• Collaborate with London and Bristol teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll.
