- Assist with payroll checks, reconciliations, record-keeping and routine employee queries.
- Process benefits enrolments, changes and leavers, working with external providers where required.
- Manage offboarding administration, including leaver documents, system changes and updates for relevant teams.
- Monitor the HR inbox, answering straightforward questions and passing sensitive or advisory matters to the appropriate People team colleague.
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports, check data quality and follow up on missing or inconsistent information.
- Keep templates, trackers, checklists and employee files organised and up to date.
- Support audits and suggest practical ways to simplify processes and improve employee self-service.
- Coordinate People Operations activity across the UK, US, Germany, Singapore and Australia, following local requirements and agreed global processes.
About you
We’re looking for someone who is a naturally organised and dependable administrator who enjoys keeping things on track. - A discreet and responsible approach to confidential information.
- Clear, friendly written and verbal communication skills.
- A helpful, service-focused approach when dealing with employees and managers.

- Confidence collaborating with colleagues across different functions and locations.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- An interest in building a career in People or HR. Previous experience in an HR, People, payroll or business administration role would be helpful, although it is not essential.
- Experience using HiBob or another HR information system would also be an advantage. CIPD study, or an equivalent qualification, is welcomed but not required.
