Job summary

Radiant in London is seeking a People Operations Specialist to own the employee lifecycle and continuously improve processes as we scale. You will automate onboarding, changes, and offboarding, and manage data across HiBob, Ashby, and Notion to reduce manual work.

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable People Ops processes in high-growth settings.
• Ability to automate onboarding, changes, and offboarding workflows.
• Strong data-driven approach to HR operations.
• Comfort working across geographies and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Run new joiner onboarding end-to-end and automate manual steps.
• Administer lifecycle changes across systems with validation rules.
• Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and playbooks for onboarding and offboarding.
• Own core HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with UK and US laws and internal policies.
• Coordinate team socials, offsites, and remote gatherings.
• Liaise with payroll providers to process changes each cycle.
• Keep employee policies and handbook up to date.
• Translate employee feedback into concrete action points.
• Provide first-line support for payroll, benefits, and admin.
• Design and build automations across HiBob, Ashby, Notion.
