JD Sports is recruiting for a People Operations Associate at our Bury Head Office. This 12-month FTC role is 40 hours per week across core hours (8:30am–5:30pm) with the opportunity for some work-from-home days.

You will support joiner/mover/leaver processes and handle general People queries with a focus on customer service and data quality. You’ll receive a thorough induction, work with a team of 10 Associates and 5 Executives, and have learning opportunities to progress within the People

Qualifikationen

• Entry-level role into the People profession with a thorough induction.
• Passion for great customer service and pride in your work.
• Ability to work with systems and adapt to a new service delivery model.

Aufgaben

• Respond to customer queries through ticketing and call systems.
• Process starter, mover and leaver activity in the HRIS (Dayforce).
• Validate information and correct data issues before completing transactions.
• Keep customers informed with clear, consistent guidance.
• Triage complex or specialist matters to the appropriate team.
• Maintain secure, complete and accurate records.
