Job summary

JD Sports Fashion is looking for a People Operations Associate to support joiner, mover and leaver processes and handle general People queries. You will join a busy team at the JD Sports Bury Head Office and help deliver a high-quality service for our 30,000 UK colleagues.

This entry-level role offers thorough induction, an opportunity to progress within People Operations, and a flexible hybrid working pattern including one work-from-home day per week.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience with HRIS Dayforce is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Flexible to work a 40-hour week with a 1 day per week work-from-home option.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through ticket and phone channels.
• Process starter, mover and leaver activity in the HRIS (Dayforce).
• Validate information and correct data issues before completing transactions.
• Keep customers informed with clear, consistent guidance.
• Triage complex matters to the appropriate team.
• Maintain secure, complete and accurate records.
